Went to see STID today. I think it’s the 1st time I’ve seen a big film event on opening day since Deathly Hallows Pt. 2 came out in 2011.
Won’t spoil anything, but WOW it’s loud and flashy! I’m not a big special effects girl—I like the relationships between the characters best. Kirk and Spock’s relationship was the best part of the movie in my opinion.
And yes I must say, as a Cumberlady, that BC looked really nice. But terribly evil so I disliked his character. A well-written character yes, but not one that I admire or respect.

Also, today the doctor called and told me that my blood test showed that I have high cholesterol. No more butter for me I guess.
So I own too much stuff and I have high cholesterol…I’m turning into a stereotypical American I guess.
